Job Description

Spectrum Internship Experience

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. You're a motivated rising senior student with a 3.0 GPA or higher seeking a bachelor's degree in Business or related field from an accredited college or university. This is a full-time, 10-week program designed to give you real-world experience working within the telecommunications industry in your field of choice. Internship program runs from May 27 through July 31, 2026. In addition to the role-based projects you'll work on, you'll also participate in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and have access to a mentor.

You'll join one of our departments for the summer, where you'll contribute to meaningful projects that give you insight into what it's like to work at a leading connectivity company. You'll have access to:

As a Spectrum intern, you'll spend the summer working alongside two teams your respective department and your intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You'll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 27th, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects, and final presentations.

Internship responsibilities may include:

  • Managing automation projects through all phases: discovery, development, QA, production launch, hyper-care, and operational handoff.
  • Scheduling and running stakeholder meetings for discovery and process design documents to guide automation development.
  • Providing status updates, refining metrics, and promoting Intelligent Process Automation to new business units.

Required qualifications:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree.
  • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
  • Must have an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Communication Skills - Verbal and Written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
