Pickup Driver (26-Foot Box Truck & Cargo Van)
Location: Florence, KY
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
Compensation: Competitive Pay Based on Experience
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Pickup Driver to join our team. This position involves operating a 26-foot box truck and cargo van to pick up, transport, and deliver materials. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of performing packing, loading, and auditing tasks.
Responsibilities
· Safely operate a 26-foot box truck and cargo vans to pick up and deliver materials.
· Load, secure, and unload materials efficiently while ensuring items are handled with care.
· Perform packing and unpacking duties as needed.
· Conduct audits and inventory checks of materials during pickups and deliveries.
· Complete all required delivery documentation and maintain accurate logs.
· Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure proper operation and cleanliness.
· Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and DOT requirements.
Qualifications
· Valid driver’s license must be a least 21 years of age (CDL not required, but a clean driving record is essential).
· Experience driving a 26-foot box truck and/or cargo vans preferred.
· Must be able to pass a DOT Physical certification.
· Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
· Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 75 lbs.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Dependable and punctual with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
