The Accounts Payable Specialist compiles and maintains accounts payable records. As our Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll be playing a crucial role in managing and processing payments to vendors and suppliers on behalf of KSARIA Corp, ensuring efficient and timely payment of bills.

• Enter invoice details into the accounting systems and allocate expenses to appropriate accounts or purchase orders
• Review and verify invoices for accuracy
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to address inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and process payment batches, including checks, electronic transfers, and other payment methods
• Monitor payment deadlines and resolve any outstanding invoices or payment delays
• Assists other groups as needed

Requirements

• Well organized and a self-starter
• Be detail oriented and have a professional attitude
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Able to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
• ERP experience a plus
• US Person due to DoD work

Education and Certifications:

• High school diploma required
• College courses in accounting preferred
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred
