Attention to detail, organization and accuracy are essential skills for this position. Responsibilities Related to Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices through ERP systemReconciliation of vendor statementsKnowledge of GL coding of vendor invoices and payment requestsResolves account discrepancies by investigating documentationContinuously evaluates work tasks/streams, utilizes current accounting system technology, and researches new technology to facilitate efficient functionality and process improvementPerform additional duties or special assignments as assigned or requiredResponsibilities related to Accounts Receivable / Order Entry: Customer cash application

deduction and credit managementCustomer collectionsResolves account discrepancies by investigating documentationProcess customer orders and create invoicesPerform additional duties or special assignments as assigned or requiredskills/qualifications required: A minimum of 2 years Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable experience required.Associate s or bachelor s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, and time management.Teamwork, collaboration, and ability to flex with the needs of the business required.Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel).
