About the Opportunity:

Saratech is seeking an Additive Manufacturing Engineer. Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications, experience, and abilities:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently operate all 3D printers. Must be willing to drive between Saratech HQ and 3D printing lab regularly.
• Perform print service operations. Generate quotes, prepare print jobs, and produce quality parts for print service customers.
• Produce quality benchmark and sample parts for the pre-sales process.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on 3D printing equipment.
• Open and manage support cases for customers.
• Perform on-site installations, break fixes, customer training, and configuration of 3D printing equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve problems related to hardware, software, and workflow on customer sites.
• Customer support travel may be required to out-of-state locations.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management tools, Salesforce.com a plus
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering.
• At least 1 year of Additive Manufacturing experience.
• CAD experience, preferably NX.
• US Citizen or Green Card.

• Ability to quickly understand and learn new technologies.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to understand and learn professional terminology.
• Responsible, responsive, and accountable for tasks.
