Administrative Assistant:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support Pressure King's daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments. This role is critical to keeping our office running efficiently and supporting company growth.

As an Administrative Assistant at Pressure King, you will manage essential administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, assist with documentation, and provide support to leadership and team members. You'll play a key role in maintaining effective communication, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and contributing to a positive, professional work environment.

Responsibilities (to name a few):

  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar coordination for leadership and team members.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and internal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with processing invoices, purchase orders, and other operational paperwork.
  • Provide post-sale support, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Assist with scheduling equipment demonstrations, maintenance plans, and client follow-ups.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive, organized, and collaborative office & team culture.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suite of products and Salesforce CRM software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry and document management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
