Job Description We are seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in injectables, laser treatments, and other non-surgical aesthetic procedures . You will play a key role in delivering expert-level aesthetic treatments while building long-term relationships with clients. Responsibilities Perform Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, PRP/PRF, and other injectables Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop personalized treatment plans Perform laser treatments, microneedling, chemical peels, and skin rejuvenation therapies Educate clients on treatment options, aftercare, and skincare regimens Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety protocols Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and techniques Work collaboratively with other medical and spa professionals Requirements Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in North Carolina Minimum 2-3 years of experience in aesthetics (injectables & laser treatments preferred) Advanced training in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and skin rejuvenation treatments Strong communication and consultation skills Passion for aesthetics and patient-centered care Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with EMR systems and medical documentation Benefits & Perks Competitive base salary + commission structure Discounts on treatments and skincare products Growth opportunities within a luxury medspa Supportive and dynamic work environment Diamond Accelerator
