What does a successful Agile Coach - Advisor II do?

An Agile Coach - Advisor II at Fiserv plays a critical role in helping organizations and teams adopt and implement Agile methodologies and practices. Their primary responsibility is to support and guide teams in becoming more efficient, collaborative, and adaptable in their work processes. In this role, you will facilitate Agile adoption and transformation, ensuring that our teams can deliver high-quality products and services efficiently.

What you will do:

• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Help teams adopt Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and other Agile frameworks.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define Agile transformation goals, strategy, and roadmap.
• Support the organization in becoming Agile, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on Agile concepts, practices, and tools.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify areas for process improvement and work with teams to implement changes.
• Monitor team metrics and KPIs to measure and improve team performance.

What you will need to have:

• 7+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in complex Agile environments.
• 7+ years of experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and Agile software development practices.
• 7+ years of experience in coaching, facilitation, and mentoring.
• 7+ years of experience in change management expertise and driving cultural change.
• Current Fiserv Agile Coaching experience.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or other Agile certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent military experience.

What would be great to have:

• Experience in training and conducting workshops on Agile methodologies.
• Experience in measuring and monitoring team performance using Agile metrics.
• Experience managing resistance to change and fostering a culture of openness.
• Up to date with the latest Agile trends and sharing best practices.
