We're looking for an AI Solutions Architect to join the Corporate Engineering team and help build the future of Planet digital employee experience. In this role, you'll focus on leveraging AI to dramatically improve how our employees work. You will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying AIpowered solutions that enhance productivity, streamline business workflows, and automate complex internal processes across the entire organization.
This is a handson technical role where you will work with various teams to identify key opportunities for AI integration, from optimizing data retrieval and analysis to building custom AI agents that assist employees with their daily tasks. You'll be a key player in transforming our internal operations through innovative technology.
This is a fulltime, hybrid role which will require you to work from our San Francisco office 3 days per week.

The US base salary range for this fulltime position at the commencement of employment is listed below. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary shortterm and longterm incentives (bonus and equity). The final salary range is determined by job related experience, skills and location.
