Android App Developer Support
Overall Responsibilities:
Help debug and triage issues reported by Android developers.
Understand Android technologies (API, SDK, Java, relevant hardware) and identify the root cause of reported issues.
Resolve technical issues at the root cause: identify and document bugs and feature requests affecting developers; implement effective solutions within appropriate timelines.
Top 3 Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, identify root causes, and suggest solutions for technical issues reported by Android app developers.
Analyze issue patterns and communicate findings effectively with internal stakeholders.
Communicate professionally with external teams regarding root causes and solutions.
