An established, well rounded Architecture firm is looking for an Architectural Designer to join their awesome team. They are looking for a highly motivated designer who can participate in preparing architectural presentations, construction drawings and documents, and design of a variety of projects Company Details: Lots of internal growth for future Architects, with great mentorship Laid back company culture Great pipeline of projects in multiple project types Provides construction, design, and consultation for a broad range of public and private sector clients No lay offs due to lack of work Responsibilities: Work with Project Architect in preparing conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using Revit Perform architectural drawing and generate drawing revisions and corrections from redlined drawings Review design documents and construction estimates Assisting in coordinating with engineering consultants and coordinating documents with Civil, MEP, and Structural drawings Work with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives Qualifications: 1 year of Architectural experience Degree in Architecture required Experienced in using Revit Required Knowledge of the design process, building codes, building materials, and construction techniques Ability to problem solve individually and as part of a team Provide portfolio or samples of work in AutoCAD and Revit formats Compensation/Benefits: $50,000 to $75,000 base compensation (Depending on experience) PTO and sick pay 401k retirement plan with employer match Flexible work schedule (Flex-time) Health plan with employer contribution Tons of upwards growth Huge bonus opportunities based on performance Great mentorship and company culture from leaders in the office This client is ready to hire an Architectural Designer NOW and is actively conducting interviews this week, so don’t wait.
