The Assistant Controller at OnLogic’s South Burlington, Vermont office will report directly to the Controller and assist with the leadership of Finance globally. As a finance expert, you will be contributing to the daily accounting, financial strategic planning, forecasting, reporting, and compliance in a fast paced environment.

As the Assistant Controller, you will be a key person of influence and source of leadership for the finance team, as well as for the broader OnLogic organization. • Participate in the daily accounting transaction flow and verify the accuracy of daily activities.
• Manage intercompany activity, billing, loans, reconciliations, distributions, and documentation.
• Lead global treasury function, inclusive of operating cash and short-term investments
• Look for opportunities to increase efficiency and scalability through automation and streamlining accounting processes.
• Identify areas of risk and implement mitigation strategies, including but not limited to team structure, workflow, cross-functional collaboration, and system and process changes
• Interact and provide guidance to Management Team members regarding financial matters.
• Participate in key strategic initiatives and assist with other ad hoc projects.
• Support the FP&A function and annual planning process by providing financial data, KPIs, and analysis of revenue and spending.
• Assist with close process to issue timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist with tax compliance internationally.

• Assist in all aspects of domestic and international accounting operations.

Requirements

• 5+ of overall experience, preferably in an international manufacturing environment
• Strong technical accounting background and a thorough knowledge of US GAAP
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Satisfactory completion of a background check

Benefits

The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $125,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
