Compensation

$17.00 – $20.00 per hour , depending on experience

What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Store Manager , you’ll be the face of Plaza Tire Service—supporting store operations, delivering excellent customer experiences, and helping grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, in person and by phone

• Listen to customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and review service history

• Recommend needed services and explain options clearly so customers can make informed decisions

• Document recommendations thoroughly

• Prepare accurate quotes with clear costs and timelines

• Keep customers updated throughout their service

• Process payments, review multi-point inspections, and explain warranties

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships

• Track returns, core returns, and warranty parts

• Support store operations and team success with other duties as needed

You’ll also follow all company policies and demonstrate behaviors that align with our Company Standards and Expectations .

What You Bring

✔ High school diploma or equivalent
✔ Valid driver’s license
✔ Professional appearance and great communication skills
✔ 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or automotive-related roles
✔ Prior management experience is helpful but not required
✔ Ability to work a minimum of 5 days per week, including weekends
✔ Proven ability to thrive in a process-driven environment
