Your Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough cosmetic inspections of vehicles, identifying necessary enhancements to meet CarMax standards. Perform minor repairs and replace small parts to ensure everything operates smoothly. Engage in paint touch-ups, finish polishing, waxing, and buffing to give cars a like-new appearance. Champion CarMax's standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization within the workspace.
