Job Description
We are seeking a Bank Teller who is ready to take the next step in their career to a back-office Client Services role. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care and handling client problems. You will be tasked with managing the onboarding process of new banking customers and conducting periodic reviews of existing client files.
Responsibilities:
• Provide world-class customer support through phone, chat, video, and email
• Handle client problems and find resolutions or refer to the proper individual or department
• Oversee the onboarding process of new consumer and commercial digital banking customers
• Conduct daily maintenance and monitoring of digital banking applications
• Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new digital banking services
• Ensure clients are educated, enrolled, and effective in leveraging their digital tools
• Conduct periodic reviews of existing client files to ensure all documentation is up-to-date
• Prepare and approve proposals including pricing, customer agreements, and service documents in accordance with Bank policies and procedures
• Support the Treasury Management/Cash Management Sales Team by preparing the proper sales documentation
• Follow up with clients to aid in the collection of necessary information and documents for implementation of new accounts/services
• Seek to improve internal workflows and collaborate with team’s leadership to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bank Teller or in a similar role in the banking industry
• Experience with Banking software
• Ability to use Computer Programs efficiently
• Experience in Answering Inbound Calls
• Ability to Assist Customers with banking queries and transactions
• Knowledge of Banking Operation
• Familiarity with Bank Products
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
