Drunken Monkeys in Denver, CO is looking for one bar manager to join our 10 person strong team. We are located on 7314 Washington St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and extremely reliable.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of the bar including inventory levels, cleanliness and safety
• Ensure liquor license is up to date and in accordance with legislation
• Hire, train, and develop new bar team members
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner
• Maintain employee schedules and respond appropriately when employees call in
• Present promotions and advertising ideas to owner and staff
• Keep employees informed on new drinks or any company policy changes to menu

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of bar equipment used
• Licenses or certifications that apply in the area
• Experience in a bar position preferred
