Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based opportunity is available for a skilled professional with expertise in behavior analysis to support students in a K-12 setting. This contract position offers the chance to work onsite, providing behavioral support services tailored to individual student needs.

Position Details:

• Role: Behavior Specialist or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred; Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) considered
• Duration: Immediate start through May 21, 2026
• Schedule: Part-time or full-time options available
• Setting: K-12 school environment with direct student interaction
• Number of Openings: 1

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans aligned with individualized student goals
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop effective strategies for behavioral support
• Conduct assessments and data collection to inform and adjust interventions
• Participate in team meetings and contribute professional insights to support student success
• Maintain up-to-date licensure and documentation as required for service delivery

Qualifications:

• BCBA certification preferred; RBT credential acceptable with supervision considerations
• Valid BCBA or RBT license must be presented upon application
• Experience working within school settings and knowledge of K-12 behavioral needs
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to fostering positive behavioral outcomes in students
