Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position requires a certified Behavior Specialist with BCBA credentials to provide leave coverage in a K-12 school setting located in Minneapolis, MN. The role is a contracted assignment, covering a leave of absence for an onsite BCBA from January 5, 2026, through February 9, 2026. The work schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, with 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to students across the K-12 spectrum.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support positive behavioral outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with school policies and professional ethical standards.
• Document and report on case evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Experience working in school settings with K-12 students.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid licensure as required for practice in Minnesota.
• Ability to manage caseload independently during leave coverage.

Duration:

• Contract position starting January 5, 2026, and ending February 9, 2026.
