Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavioral support within an elementary school setting near Moncks Corner, SC. This role offers a part-time schedule, supporting students with specialized needs as part of an elementary classroom team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Monitor and record student progress and behavior data accurately
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to adapt strategies that promote positive behaviors
• Provide direct one-on-one support to students requiring behavioral assistance
• Maintain professional communication with families and supervisors regarding student progress and concerns

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license in good standing
• Ability to work under supervision to implement behavior plans effectively
• Experience supporting elementary-age students in educational settings preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics

Location & Schedule:

• Elementary school environment near Moncks Corner, SC
• Contract position for the 2025-2026 school year (January 5 to May 29)
• Approximately 20 hours per week, flexible schedule
