We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to support our mortgage loan officers in the loan origination process. This role involves assisting with processing loan applications, gathering required documentation, and communicating with clients in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintain a high level of customer service, and ensure smooth communication throughout the loan process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist loan officers in preparing and processing mortgage loan applications.
• Communicate with clients, lenders, and underwriters in both English and Spanish.
• Collect and review documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Schedule appointments and follow up on outstanding loan conditions.
• Maintain organized files and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to both English and Spanish-speaking clients.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken). Portuguese is a bonus!
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in the mortgage or real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
