Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of roofing projects, from initial assessment to final completion. Manage a team of skilled roofing technicians and ensure high-quality workmanship. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless project execution. Develop accurate project estimates and manage budgets effectively. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, permits, and safety regulations. Provide technical guidance and training to the roofing crew. Maintain detailed records and documentation for each project. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in the roofing industry. Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages. Proven track record of successfully managing roofing projects, from small residential jobs to large commercial undertakings. Expertise in reading blueprints, interpreting building codes, and navigating the permitting process. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing job site conditions. Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team. Familiarity with suppliers, roofing materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices. Proficient in the use of roofing-specific software for estimating, project management, and reporting.
