Opportunity Interactive has an opening for a Billing Clerk in our SeaTac office!

Position Summary: The Billing Clerk processes the company invoices for clients, ensures timely and accurate billing, and assists in collections. The Billing Clerk keeps customer information up to date and resolves any customer billing questions or inquiries.

Pay Rate: $23.00-28.00/hr

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Handle A/R transactions
• Maintain billing documentation and client agreements
• Manage collections
• Process monthly reimbursement expenses
• Reconciliations
• Update payment and sales logs
• Post daily credit card & ACH Transactions
• Create collection report, use aging report, and update

Qualifications:

• 1+ years billing experience
• 1+ years accounting experience
• Proficiency with QuickBooks software
• General accounting knowledge
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service Skills

Work Schedule: 7:00 am PST to 4:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday
