• Maintain and balance general ledger and subsidiary accounts.
• Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
• Manage payroll and related reporting.
• Monitor and manage the bookkeeping email inbox.
• Assist with the implementation of process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare month-end closing and reports related to bookkeeping activities.
• Collaborate with the finance team during audits.
• Adhere to internal controls and compliance requirements.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and team members.
• Familiarity with general ledger and month-end closing procedures.
