Overview of the Bookkeeper Role:

In this position, you will be pivotal in maintaining precise financial records and assisting with various accounting functions. Key responsibilities include:

• Processing Transactions: Handle daily financial transactions with accuracy and manage the posting process effectively.
• Managing Accounts: Oversee both accounts payable and receivable, ensuring prompt processing of invoices and payments.
• Generating Reports: Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and reports.
• Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile and balance ledgers to maintain accuracy.
• Budget Support: Assist with budget preparation and track expenses to ensure alignment with budgeted figures.

Preferred Qualifications for the Bookkeeper:

• Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Bookkeeper, with practical knowledge of Yardi.
• Systems: Proficient in Yardi and Microsoft Excel, including skills in PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
