REPORTS TO: Chief Technology Officer JOB LOCATION: Remote TRAVEL: none Responsibilities And Duties Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, task and workflow analysis Tracks and fully document changes for functional and business specifications Work on configuration of the inLumon platform for customers as per the specifications and requirements Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality Work as a bridge between the user and developer for requirements and clarifications Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework Resolve conflicts and issues that occur Work with JIRA on documenting the requirements and acceptance criteria working with the customer Work with the internal product team on maintaining the backlog of product changes and features identified while working with the customer Support the product owner and provide education where needed. Education And/or Experience Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 2+ yrs of experience as a Business Analyst Technical writing experience Proficient with Microsoft Office Results oriented with demonstrated skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and present results neatly, with clarity and precision in oral and written form Ability to work semi-autonomously in a fast-paced environment with strong work ethic A positive attitude with good communication skills and strong reasoning skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict Seniority level Internship Employment type Full‑time Job function Research, Analyst, and Information Technology Industries: Utilities Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at i3‑Milestone by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr i3-Milestone
