The Role | Business Operations Analyst The ideal candidate has a finance background with banking experience and is looking for early stage experience supporting strategic planning and special projects with the founders. You Will Contribute By Owning and maintaining the company’s burn forecast model to support financial planning and runway visibility. Developing materials for board meetings, outside presentations, and independently research and analyze associated issues and compile materials needed for presentation and decision-making purposes. Leading special projects and handling ad hoc incoming requests. Providing leverage to the CEO by working on strategic projects that are mission critical to the business. Your Background Includes Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations, Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience through internships, co-op programs, or early-career roles in operations, strategy, partner management, or financial services. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives to completion. Comfort working with data—proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is required; familiarity with SQL and Python is a plus. Interest in the intersection of finance and technology, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
