Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Complete Opening/Closing Sidework
• Maintain running sidework
• Complete cleaning assignments
• Wipe down and sanitize tables, chairs and floors in between turns
• Polish and stock glassware
• Polish silverware and dry FOH plateware
• Stock stations with roll-ups and Share Plates
• Ensure bar is stocked with beer/wine/soft-bev
• Assist in changing out kegs
• Empty bar bus tubs
• Ensure each station is fully stocked throughout the shift
• Fill ice bins
• Sweeping/Mopping as needed
• Setup and breakdown dining areas
• Bus plateware, utensils and glassware to appropriate stations
• Ensure restrooms are properly stocked and clean
• Participate in teamwork as secondary task
• Adhere to uniform guidelines
• Assist guests as needed
• Maintain a high level of personal hygiene
• Attend team meetings & trainings

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and adapt to a flexible schedule
• Ability to walk, sit and stand for long periods of time
