Shift Details:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Excludes Federal Holidays)
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers by phone, providing accurate and helpful information promptly.
Answer customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate resources to resolve their concerns.
Record and log customer interactions in the database to ensure all information is accurately documented.
Collaborate with management to meet quality and productivity standards.
Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Basic computer literacy and strong phone skills.
Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
