Pay & Bonuses:
- $13.50/hour
- $14.50/hour (with CNA or relevant license)
- +$2.00/hour extra on weekends
- +$1.00/hour raise at your one-year anniversary
- $150 Reliability Bonus (every 3 months for good attendance)
- $100 New Hire Bonus
- $100 Referral Bonus

What You'll Do:
- Provide in-home personal care to clients
- Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, etc.)
- Support IADLs (meal prep, light housekeeping, errands)
- Report changes in condition and document care
- Work professionally under guidance of a Case Manager
Requirements:
- Active CNA license (Texas)
- 1 year of experience in caregiving (preferred)
- Clear background check
- Reliable transportation preferred
