Cell Biology Research Associate – Rochester, MN

\n Responsibilities: \n

\n\t
• This entry-level role entails conducting experiments under supervision, with potential to develop into an independent scientist.\n\t
• Maintain mammalian cell cultures and isolate primary cells from blood and other tissues.\n\t
• Conduct transfections and infections of cell cultures using diverse viral and non-viral vectors.\n\t
• Perform ELISA and cell-based assays.\n\t
• Execute basic cloning and isolate plasmids, RNA, and gDNA.\n\t
• Collaborate with team members to drive cross-functional scientific projects and standardize new techniques.\n\t
• After training, conduct experimental research with minimal supervision while working closely with the scientific team.\n

\n Requirements: \n\n

\n\t
• Bachelor's degree in Molecular/Cellular Biology, Virology, Biochemistry, or a related field is required.\n\t
• Demonstrated laboratory experience.\n\t
• Experience in animal cell culture and basic molecular biology techniques.\n\t
• Ability to work and learn efficiently.\n\t
• Strong team collaboration skills.\n
