Position Summary:
We are seeking a Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our team. This role requires a reliable, team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. You will work hands-on in a fast-paced environment to troubleshoot and repair devices, providing customers with high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair cell phones and other consumer electronic devices
• Identify and troubleshoot device issues to find effective solutions
• Work collaboratively within a team environment to meet service goals
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with customers on repair status
• Keep workstations clean and organized to ensure an efficient workspace

Qualifications:

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
• Prior experience in wireless or electronics repair is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new skills: "Attitude determines Altitude!"

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Job Types:

• Full-time and Part-time positions available

Compensation:

• $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
