Positions:

We're looking for Part-Time Certified Appraisers with the potential of Full-Time work in the future who are ready to help change the game and be part of an amazing organization.

• When is the last time you collaborated with another experienced appraiser for help or needed to bounce ideas off someone?

Responsibilities:

• Complete a variety of formal appraisals of land or real property for lending and non-lending purposes.
• Evaluate properties to establish current market values using the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
• Making on-site visits, inspecting and measuring properties, and interviewing clients.
• Stay informed of current regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Deliver high levels of customer service to clients, lenders, homeowners, or points of contact.
