• Act as the primary financial liaison with both internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of month-end close processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
