We are hiring immediately for our Chick-fil-A McKnight Road store for both Front of House and Back of House team members (crew members)! Requirements/ResponsibilitiesFront of House Responsibilities and Requirements:
● Greet guests with a smile and friendly attitude ● Prepare all food with accuracy, speed, and quality ● Comply with all Chick-fil-A rules and regulations to promote a safe and productive work atmosphere ● Must be 16 years old or older to apply ● Prior experience as customer service, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member or other part time restaurant job experience is not required but is preferred Back of House Kitchen Responsibilities and Requirements: ● Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards ● Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Director ● Must be 16 years old or older to apply ● Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, or restaurant crew member, team member or other BOH restaurant jobs is not required but preferred Special InstructionsApplication Process: After you apply, you will receive an email and text from us within 48 hours.
