The Military Division is assisting a client in Richmond, VA in their search for a Chief Engineer. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of US Military Leadership experience, with preference given to US Navy veterans. A strong Industrial Maintenance background is required, including hands-on experience with boilers, air compressors, pumps, and other critical industrial systems. Responsibilities for this role include overseeing maintenance operations across multiple sites, managing a team of engineers and maintenance personnel, and providing hands-on guidance and troubleshooting expertise in the repair and maintenance of industrial systems.
