About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to take on a senior executive role with a focus on leading the strategic planning, implementation, and management of all information technology (IT) initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging technology to enhance patient care, streamline operations, and ensure data security and system efficiency. This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and business objectives, as well as overseeing all IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, security, and data management. The CIO will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with healthcare IT regulations, championing the integration of new technologies, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Candidates for the CIO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior IT leadership role within a healthcare organization is required. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and have a strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems, including EHR, clinical applications, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
