About the Role

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior IT leadership role within a healthcare organization is required. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and have a strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems, including EHR, clinical applications, data analytics, and cybersecurity. Key skills include strong initiative, decision-making abilities, excellent communication, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. The CIO will also be expected to have a commitment to high ethical standards, data privacy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare environment.
