Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our technology strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of solar technology, fintech, and the integration of IoT and AI in product development. As the CIO, you will be responsible for driving innovation, overseeing the development of our technology stack, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute the technology vision and strategy aligned with the company's business goals, focusing on IoT integration, real-time analytics, and AI orchestration. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of fintech products that leverage solar technology, ensuring they meet market demands and regulatory requirements. Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Ensure seamless integration of IoT devices and real-time analytics into our product offerings, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, operations, and marketing, to align technology initiatives with business objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to inform product development and strategic direction. Qualifications : Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role, preferably within the solar, fintech, or related industries. Strong understanding of IoT technologies, real-time analytics, and AI applications in product development. Demonstrated success in leading technology teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
