Job Title: Client Services Producer - WSOC TV

Position Overview

WSOC/WAXN/Telemundo Charlotte is seeking a Client Services Producer who will create exciting advertising for our clients and local businesses! Candidate would work under 964 Creative, the full production agency within WSOC.

Candidate will create compelling and innovative videos for WSOC/WAXN/Telemundo Charlotte and our clients for broadcast and digital. Candidate must be a passionate self-starter who works well with clients, has big ideas, is innovative, team player, handle tight deadlines and able to handle all production planning and execution from start to finish.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Writing, producing, shooting and editing commercial and marketing campaigns
• Working closely with Retail Services Director, clients, sales teams and all departments on branding and advertising strategies across all platforms
• Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends when necessary 
• Required to maintain valid driver’s license and drive company vehicles

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization, and script writing skills are required
• Design and rich media experience a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts in Production, Marketing or Broadcast related field preferred
• A minimum 5 years working in commercial production and/or broadcast television
• Fluent in developing scripts for PSA’s, testimonials, and retail projects. Must know how to shoot in studio and out on location with cinema cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
• Producer must be fluent in Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop.
