JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION Provides face-to-face and telehealth crisis services. Assists Crisis and Access Services staff in engaging clients in treatment services, screening and following up with high risk clients, assisting with care coordination and life skills as needed during transition to other services, and connecting clients to necessary resources.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Provides face-to-face and telehealth crisis services to clients.
- Assists Crisis and Access Services staff in engaging clients in treatment services.
- Assists with screening and following up with high risk clients,
- Assists with care coordination and life skills as needed during transition to other services,
- Connects clients to necessary resources.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES - Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
- Knowledge of community geographical awareness and of community and agency resources
- Skill in customer service techniques.
QUALIFICATIONS Education Level Bachelor's degree required.
Years of Experience At least two years of direct service experience working or volunteering in a human services organization.
Certification/Licensure N/A
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Task Percentage of Time/Frequency Standing - 20%

Pay Range: $15.75$22.00
