Clinical Specialist Position available within ACT to be part of the clinical treatment team dedicated to providing intensive outreach services to adults with mental illness. Provides assessment & diagnostic services; crisis intervention; care coordination and community consultation/education services. Conducts individual and/or group therapy. Services provided in Bay and Arenac counties. May participate in paid on-call rotation. $1,000 signing bonus! Qualifications Master's degree in social work or related clinical field required, with current Michigan licensure appropriate to degree (LMSW preferred). Current substance use disorder credential and experience with substance use disorders preferred, along with assessment, therapy, and crisis intervention. Must have knowledge of emotional disorders, mental illness, treatment techniques, motivational interviewing, and medications. Must be able to demonstrate cultural awareness of the population served and have availability of reliable transportation for outreach work. Salary Salary range of $55,674 -- $68,736 based on license status, plus exceptional fringes including employer sponsored insurance, pension, and training.
