What Youll Do
As a College Recruiter, youll serve as the face of Circle Logistics at colleges and universities nationwide, building pipelines of interns and entry-level hires who will grow into our future leaders.

• Lead Circles college recruitment strategy across the U.S.
• Manage programs for interns, entry-level roles, and campus partnerships.
• Represent Circle at job fairs, career days, classroom presentations, and university events.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to forecast and fill talent needs.
• Source, screen, and guide candidates through the hiring processfrom interview to offer.
• Build long-term relationships with professors, career centers, diversity clubs, and student orgs.
• Track key recruiting metrics and deliver reporting on results.
• Drive initiatives to improve retention and engagement of early-career hires.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors Degree in Business, HR, or related field required
• 12 years of experience in recruiting, university career services, or campus program management.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Fort Wayne, IN.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 90% nationwide during peak recruiting seasons.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities.
