Luxury 200 Unit Condominium in West New York. Positions are available immediately.

The successful applicant must be a self-starter, able to work without constant supervision. English a must, bi-lingual a bonus. Engaging personality a plus as successful applicant will be interacting with owners and residents.

Porter Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Porter to join our team. The Porter will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and functionality of our premises, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests, staff, and clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of common areas, restrooms, and hallways.
  • Facility Upkeep: Ensure lobbies, hallways, and restrooms are neat and well-maintained at all times. Report any maintenance issues or damage to the management team.
  • Assistance to Residents and Staff: Assist visitors and employees with directions, luggage, and other needs as required. Provide courteous and professional support.
  • Stock & Supply: Restock supplies in restrooms and break areas as needed. Track and report inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash and recycling bins regularly, and ensure proper disposal of waste in designated areas.
  • Light Repairs: Perform minor repairs such as changing light bulbs, fixing minor leaks, and other basic tasks. Coordinate with maintenance teams for larger repairs.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Schedule:

Full Time

Wednesday – Friday: 12 pm – 8 pm

Saturday – Sunday: 8 am – 4 pm

Doorman Job Summary:

The Doorman is responsible for creating a welcoming and secure environment for residents, guests, and staff by managing the building’s entry and exit points, offering friendly assistance, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet Residents and Guests: Warmly welcome all residents, visitors, and staff members upon arrival and departure, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Access Control: Monitor building entrances to ensure only authorized individuals enter. Verify visitor credentials, manage guest logs, and coordinate with security personnel when necessary.
  • Support Security Measures: Be vigilant of any unusual activity or potential security issues, report suspicious behavior, and enforce property policies to maintain a safe environment.
  • Customer Service: Respond to resident inquiries, provide local area information, and address concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain Lobby and Entrance Area: Keep the lobby and entrance clean, orderly, and presentable. Report maintenance needs and hazards.
  • Coordinate with Building Staff: Communicate effectively with property management staff to address resident and property needs.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Schedule:

Full-Time

Monday – Friday: 3 pm – 11 pm

Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to lift, move, and carry items up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand for extended periods, assist with luggage, and handle minor physical tasks as needed.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen observation skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe, secure environment.
  • Dependability: Strong sense of responsibility and reliability with a flexible schedule to accommodate various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
