Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Staff to join our team in Lehigh County. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting others and helping clients achieve greater independence in their daily lives.
Position Details:
Schedule (26 hours/week):
Sunday: 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Monday: 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM & 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Thursday: 1:15 PM – 7:15 PM or 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Locations: Allentown/Bethlehem
Compensation: $21.00/hour
Additional Benefit: Weekly gas stipend
Requirements:
Must own a reliable, insured vehicle
Strong commitment to professionalism and client support
Ability to maintain a consistent schedule
