We are seeking a skilled Composite/Painter to join our team in Boise, ID. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, experience in autobody repair and painting , and a background in mechanical work . This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Longevity in previous roles is essential-no job hoppers!

Responsibilities:
Perform composite repairs, painting, and refinishing on various components and surfaces.
Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and masking.
Apply paint, coatings, and finishes with precision and consistency.
Conduct inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Use hand and power tools to complete repair and finishing tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
Strong mechanical skills and hands-on experience in autobody work or mechanical repairs .
Proficiency in painting techniques, composite repair, and refinishing is a plus.
Ability to use various tools and equipment for sanding, masking, and painting.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and proven longevity in past positions .
Detail-oriented with excellent craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Willingness to learn and be trained if you have the right foundational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in automotive, aviation, or industrial painting .
Knowledge of composite materials and repair processes .
Certifications in painting or autobody repair are a plus.
