Mezzabyte LLC, a locally owned computer store in SaddleBrooke AZ, is seeking a full time computer technician for computer repair duties.
We are a small computer repair business that has been servicing the community of Saddlebrooke for more than fifteen years. We pride ourselves in being knowledgeable in our industry and providing excellent customer service. We are hoping to find the right person who is willing to learn and grow with us as a team.
Professionalism and customer service skills are a MUST. This job requires continual communication between customer and technician. Also must be reliable and willing to constantly learn new things.
This is a Monday - Friday Job from 9am until 4pm. NO WEEKENDS
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair desktop, laptop computers and printers.
- Virus, Malware, and Fraudware removal
- Install and repair operating systems and other software
- Check in/out computers, sell computers, accessories and help customers in store
- Networking computers and printers
- Setup and configure modems and routers
- Provide tutoring for tablets and smart phones
Requirements:
- Knowledgeable in Windows O.S., software, and hardware. MAC skills a big plus
- Know how to set-up a wireless printer
- Know how to set-up a wireless router
- Excellent Customer service skills a must
- Have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Self-motivated with a desire to advance
