Job Description

We're looking for Concrete Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with concrete finishing techniques and be proficient with power tools. If no previous experience you must be quick learner and able to work in fast paced and physically demanding environment, This position requires adherence to construction safety protocols. Strong physical stamina and teamwork abilities are essential for success in this role.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments


• Willingness to perform physically demanding work for extended periods


• Works well in a team environment


• Reliable transportation to Perham required.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, pour, and finish concrete surfaces according to specifications and quality standards


• Operate and maintain various power tools and equipment used in concrete work


• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing physically demanding tasks
