Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Construction Proposal & Marketing Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality marketing materials and proposals that effectively communicate our services and capabilities within the construction industry. This role combines marketing expertise with a strong understanding of construction processes, ensuring our bids and content stand out in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and write proposals for construction projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
• Create engaging marketing content, including brochures, presentations, and web content, to promote our services.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance proposal strategies and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to gather necessary information and articulate project benefits.
• Manage the bid process from start to finish, including coordinating timelines and ensuring timely submission of proposals.
• Utilize project management skills to oversee multiple bid submissions simultaneously and maintain organized records of all proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content development and proposal writing within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies relevant to the construction sector.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with technical writing and the ability to translate technical information into accessible content.

Benefits

Salary Range: $65,00.00-$80,000.00 annually (DOE)
