Position Overview
TEKsystems is seeking a Top Secret cleared Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) for a 2+ year initiative in Kihei, Maui. This role supports the Department of the Air Force by ensuring security compliance during SCIF and SAP construction efforts. Top Skills – Must Haves Construction Surveillance for SCIF or SAP projects
Active TS or TS/SCI clearance (must obtain SCI and CI Poly)
ICD 705 experience or relevant CCTV/access control experience Secondary Skills – Nice to Have Additional security certifications or related technical experience Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day security oversight for SCIF & SAP construction projects.
Assess, identify, and recommend improvements to policies, procedures, and systems.
Identify threats, vulnerabilities, and risks.
Draft security incident reports and brief government/military leadership.
Manage uniformed escort personnel, maintain logs, and ensure timely incident reporting.
Enforce customer SOPs and security protocols.
Conduct inspections of construction materials for secure space compliance.
Photograph and monitor construction progress; document steps for final accreditation packets.
Perform administrative support tasks as directed by site lead or senior security representative. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1–2 years related experience SFPC certification = 3 years experience
SPSC certification = 5 years experience
SPED certifications max out at 5 years equivalent experience Desired: Knowledge of ICD 705 standards for SCIF compliance.
Education: Bachelor’s degree = 4 years experience
