We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contract Administrator to manage, review, and oversee the company’s contracts throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and client specifications while supporting internal teams and external partners. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Phoenixville, PA (on-site)

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 + bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and amendments to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards and applicable laws.
  • Maintain and manage contract records, databases, and filing systems for easy retrieval and reporting.
  • Monitor contract performance, deadlines, deliverables, and obligations to ensure all parties remain in compliance.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments, legal counsel, vendors, and clients regarding contract terms and conditions.
  • Identify potential risks, issues, or discrepancies in contracts and recommend solutions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of contract policies, templates, and procedures.
  • Prepare reports and summaries of contract activity for management review.
  • Support procurement, finance, and project management teams with contract-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and risk management.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams.
