Contract Legal Recruiter

We are a specialized legal recruitment agency focused exclusively on connecting toptier legal talent with prestigious law firms and corporate legal departments. With a reputation for excellence in the legal industry we are expanding our team of recruiters to meet growing demand.

We are seeking motivated and experienced Contract Legal Recruiters to join our dynamic team. This is a flexible independent contractor position meaning you will operate as a selfemployed recruiter working remotely and on your own schedule. You will have the freedom to manage your time and workload while leveraging your expertise to place legal professionals in highcaliber roles.

Please note: This is not an employee position and you will not receive traditional employee benefits such as health insurance paid time off or retirement plans. You will work as an independent contractor responsible for managing your taxes and other businessrelated expenses.

DUTIES:

• Source screen and evaluate candidates for various legal positions including attorneys paralegals and legal assistants.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified legal talent using job boards LinkedIn networking events and other sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with our internal team to understand client requirements and ensure highquality candidate submissions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates providing career guidance and managing expectations throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between clients and candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of recruiting experience preferably in the legal or professional services industries.
• Familiarity with legal roles law firm structures and corporate legal departments is highly desirable.
• Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain longterm relationships with candidates.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and ATS platforms.
• Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
